If you are utilising the services of an invoice financier you can provide us with a login to their system to obtain the bank receipt information, and 64G Ltd will allocate the cash receipts to your sales ledger on a daily basis. This means if you operate SAP or a similar system to control your ordering/despatch etc, you know that your customer accounts information is up to date. This removes the danger of goods being released to accounts in default but speeds up the release of goods to customers that pay on time.
If you do not use invoice finance, we can access the bank receipt information from your customers with a login to your account, or you can send daily or weekly statements to us.
